Second is another Official Plan and Zoning amendment for stacked townhouses at 340 Mapleview Drive East, special provisions and zero affordable units. Third is yet another Official Plan and Zoning amendment for a high-density residential development – molto special provisions, nulo affordable units.
And finally, a zoning amendment to... [checks notes] ... prohibit illegal uses. Um... shouldn't the fact that they're illegal already prohibit them...?
