The "biggie" on tonight's menu is changing the Development Charge Bylaw, and a number of related regulations. It must be noted they're ramming this through and passing into bylaw at 7pm, with no neveryoumind or sober second thought. (Who can be sober these days, really?)
Also being rammed through, a number of Zoning and Official Plan amendments. Le sigh...
