This is the Council meeting where they hammer down everything that's been decided at this General Committee and the last, so it won't be surprising if they try to ram something through last-minute, either. Also on the Agenda, a report on the Joint Land Needs Analysis (re: Barrie trying to annex land from the neighbours) – which the mayor has already started to spin as a "victory", despite the report contradicting all the claims he made about "having to" take these lands to build employment lands for Barrie.
