Which is either naive and short-sighted or deliberate and sleazy, because one of the amendments is for a 122m high, 36-storey building where a maximum 15m building oughta be, and we can pretty much guarantee that none of the neighbours are gonna be chuffed about developers trying to get away with a tower ten times the size allowed.
