This is the Public Meeting for the third draft of the new Comprehensive City-Wide Zoning Bylaw. And you just KNOW that there will be a lot of people who want to have their say. (Some will not even be developers, but actual... you know... members of the public – shall we monitor the differences in council reception to each?)
