I'm not sure which Mensa Man thought to schedule a mere hour for a Public Meeting, muffins, but that's all the time we have to get public input on a proposal to allow up to four dwelling units on a single residential property. Because you just KNOW there will be members of the public wishing to have their say. But then again, listening to the public is not exactly a hallmark of this term of Council now, is it?
