Corporate Asset Management 101, no more Councillors playing on their phones during in camera meetings (PLEASE extend that to all meetings!), attempting to wipe away all yet-to-be-finished business directed from previous Councils (not good, kidlets, not good!), and approving a NEW (and hopefully improved) BIA board.
