It's all housing all the time – lots of proposed changes to the bylaws around second suites and detached accessory dwelling units (i.e., 2nd dwelling building on a single residential lot), all in the name of affordable housing (but... will they listen to the experts on affordable housing, or will they listen to the developers? place yer bets...)
Lots of deputations, and likely some emergency deputations. It will be a long night, for sure!
Oh, and after all the housing fun, they've made an interesting scheduling choice – a presentation on the city's long-range financial plan (because lord knows the class will still be paying attention...)
